  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
