Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures thoroughly, ensuring no dry oats remain.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips gently.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
