- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers or spinach
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked.
- Stir in vegetables and diced tomatoes; simmer for a few minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with meat mixture in a large bowl; mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish, top with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese.
